We are a locally owned and operated barre fitness studio in Brandon and Gluckstadt Mississippi.
Our Technique is a hybrid workout combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga, and strength training. Each workout is custom choreographed focusing on high reps with small range movements for the most noticeable changes. We offer a range of classes from a full 50 minutes, brisk 30 minute classes, or 70 minute specialty classes. Each class is focused around a full body workout designed to isolate different muscle groups and intermittent stretching.
The positive changes and results you can expect from a barre workout include increased muscle strength, flexibility, endurance, toning of lean muscles, and balance. We are thrilled to announce that thebarre, your favorite locally owned and operated barre fitness studio, has opened a brand new location in Gluckstadt, Mississippi, in addition to our current studio in Brandon.
